Robust Framework Options
Our standard perimeter rails are fabricated from durable Extruded 6061 T-6 Aluminum for strength and longevity. We also offer 304/304L or 316/316L Stainless Steel and Epoxy Coated Steel alternatives for enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Our base assemblies are insulated with a minimum 4” of rigid, injected closed-foam insulation with a full thermal break and a solid metal under skin can meet and exceed all load a deflection requirements.
High-Performance Panels
Our AHU panels feature rigid, injected foam insulation and thermal breaks for best-in-class thermal performance and sound attenuation. Available in 2”, 3”, and 4” thicknesses, panel configurations can be tailored to meet all design requirements. We offer aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and painted options. We can meet all leakage, thermal, and deflection requirements.
